Standard house cleaning services, on the other hand, entails all tasks that are being done to keep a house clean and tidy. Common tasks involved here are: mopping of floors, basic dusting and wiping of exterior surfaces, making of beds, changing of linens(upon your request,) cleaning the common areas such as the living room.
Standard cleaning services includes:

Basic dusting and wiping of all exterior surfaces
Basic dusting and wiping of areas within reach (we can only use a 3-foot step ladder, if provided to reach high areas such as ceiling.)
Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom
Cleaning of Bedrooms(including making of beds)
All cleaning supplies and solutions that will be used(we only use green cleaning products)
Premium Cleaning Services
Premium cleaning services are usually required for people who are moving in or moving out. This is usually known as the end of tenancy cleaning. This service will have heavy duty scrubbing on kitchen and bathroom areas, as these are the two areas that needs the more attention other than other areas in the house.
Premium cleaning is a type of extra or additional cleaning services that can be added to the standard cleaning services.
