When is the best time to book for an appointment?

A week before your preferred schedule is an ideal timeframe. But please be reminded that our weekends appointments are being filled out so fast, and other days may not be available already. As much as we'd like to accommodate all service requests, we hope that you can make yourself a little flexible as well when it comes to scheduling.

Can I opt for a regular cleaning services?

Deep cleaning services is recommended to homes that are not regularly cleaned for the last 45 days. After that, you can opt in to our recurring cleaning services to be able to maintain the cleanliness of your home.

How much is the amount of your services?

The services that we offer varies, as well as the prices. The total cost will depend on the type of the cleaning services that you chose, the size of the house that needs to be cleaned, and the extra services or tasks that you will request to be done on the cleaning session.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that something may come up and it could affect your cleaning service schedule. You can cancel your appointment with us, however, there will be a $70 late cancellation fee if you will do it within 48 hours from the time of your appointment. This fee is being charged because we have reserved a slot for you that could've been given to other people.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are! We can work confidently around pets, and we would to play with them as well. However, for their safety, it is highly advised to keep them away from the cleaning, or maybe put them in a safe place where they will not be scared with the sounds of the vacuum, or where we can ensure that they will not be harmed by anything Or anyone during the cleaning process.

I have a preferred cleaning supplies, can I request that the cleaner use my supplies instead?

Sure, no worries. All you have to do is to let us know that you prefer your cleaning supplies to be used, and we will have it noted on your service order. Please let us know as well on where those supplies are located.

How long does the cleaning take?

The standard cleaning services usually take about 2-3 hours to finish. Deep cleaning will have an additional 1-2 hours of cleaning , focusing on kitchen and bathroom areas.

What is your mode of payment?

During the booking, you will be asked for the best mode of payment for you. We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash at this time.

How many maids do you send for the deep cleaning services?

We are sending one maid per project. Our maids are well-trained and equipped with the right set of skills, tools, and knowledge to provide an effective, efficient, and excellent cleaning services.

What if I am not home during the cleaning schedule?

We know that you have your daily routine, and is too busy with other things. Good news is, we can work independently even without your supervision. As long as you can provide us an access to the place that needs the cleaning, we should be good. If you will not be home during the service, please let us know on how we could enter your place. You can hide the key somewhere, or advise the front desk about our arrival. You can also provide us the lock box code, or garage code. We would also appreciate simple notes from you, especially if you have specific cleaning preferences.

Can I trust your maid?

Yes, of course. Our maids are professional and trustworthy. Our company also invested time, money and effort in getting and hiring the best people. Each has to go through a rigorous application process, that includes background check.

If by chance that we were not able to meet your expectations, please let us customer service team know with in 48-hours. We can schedule a return visit only 48-hours from your initial appointment. We cannot and do not offer refunds for services performed.
