It also has a good amount of features that we found very useful for example Video chat and screen sharing this is very helpful if you are having trouble answering a question that a client is having, you can share the char with another employe to resolve the issue. To stay in contact with our cleaners we like to use WhatsApp for the eas of keeping track of our cleaners and making group chats, Whatsapp is a free cross-platform messaging software or freeware, and a voice over IP. At certain times cellular signal can be week at times, especially in apartments and in certain houses. Also, no cellphone network is the same, the signal can also differ from cell phone provider, but in this time in age anywhere you go there is always an internet connection, for the most part, so if we are having trouble in this regard the cleaner can’t send their text though their regular messaging system that their phone is already programmed with, they can use WhatsApp and connect to the internet and send us a text, pictures voice recording and even files if needed.
