Why Is Launch27 A Good Software To Run A Cleaning Company

Why do we as a company use Launch 27

There are many varieties of scheduling software that are useful and intended for the type of service that we offer, which is that of house cleaning/maid service, but we found Launch27 to be the most useful and the most suitable for us. We tried several different software and they were by no means bad but they didn’t meet our requirements as L27 did. We are not saying that L27 is the perfect or the best scheduling software, it just happens to be the one we consider the best for our company, and in this feature, we will tell you the reasons why we preferred to use L27.

Before we give you the reasons why we like L27, let's get a few things out of the way, not all software is perfect and L27 isn’t the exemption. The scheduling software does have certain features that are lacking or missing and that other software do possess. Also, there are things in which developers can improve on, there aren't any significant issues that cause us problems, but we can see why someone else would be put off and consider using different scheduling software.

CONS

One main thing numerous people seem to agree on is that setting up L27 is quite complicated and requires a steep learning curve to use all its features and to find where they are located in the menu, it has so many features that sometimes it becomes too much and unless you have a certain amount of experience it can be somewhat baffling at times, having so many features is not always a bad thing but no being able to customize them to one personal liking can be quite disappointing for some consumers, another aspect that people seem to have issues whit is the pricing, some consumers acknowledge the pricing being reasonable and others think that it’s too overpriced for what it can offer, all of this is subjective to their needs and for whatever they are planning to use L27. Some also think that for the cost they should be able to speak to someone directly over the phone when they are having problems, they instead, have to make one of two options, they can either send an email and wait for a reply, or have a live chat with someone from their support team.

Having gotten all of that out of the way, we can discuss the good things Launch27 has to offer and even though it has its issues, we still think it's a superb piece of software.

PROS

Let's start by addressing the previous arguments. Having lots of features can be too much to handle, but after you learn what L27 can do you will be pleased that you took the time and had the patience to learn everything it has to offer. There are several features that we like for instance, the fact that you can take your customer’s credit card information on-site or in-person. It doesn't charge the client at that instant, rather it initiates a pre-authorization to their credit card, the purpose for this is while the cleaner you sent over is servicing the client's home you can upsell other cleaning services that you provide during the visit. It also sends notifications to the clients reminding them when their next booking will be and if there is any issues whit their payment method. Another aspect that we like is following the cleaning, L27 sends an email to the client prompting them to leave a review, and they will have three different options to decide from Positive Experience, Neutral Experience, and Negative Experience.

Positive Experience: When a client selects this option, they can determine where they want to leave the review, they can select from yelp, google, and Angie's list as examples.

Neutral Experience: For this option, nothing happens.

Negative Experience: If the client chooses this option, a box will appear, and they will be able to give a reason and explain why they consider that the service they were given was not a positive experience, this can help you in areas that require improvement.

L27 has so many features that it would take a long time talking about all of them, we just think that the few we mention are very useful and have helped better our business, not just for us but also providing a better service to our clients.

In regards to the pricing and customization options, as we mentioned before, this is subjective to each individual and the use they are planning to have for L27, we do think that the price is a bit high but we also consider it to be fair for the use we have had and the benefits we obtain by using this software. Concerning the customization, we don't have anything to say we like the options we have and don't consider this an issue.

There is one issue that we agree on, to a certain extent, it's the fact that we don't get to talk with a person over the phone, certain things don't get translated properly over text, and it would help if they did offer this service in the feuter, but we will say this, even though we don't get to speak to someone directly over the phone, there live chat support is always quick to respond and helpful at resolving any problem that we might have with L27.

These are only a few things that we consider makes L27 a good software, it has helped us in so many ways that we wouldn't consider switching to another software, it has help with scheduling, managing credit card information, better customer service and the way it’s all set up makes it easy to use, the only way we would switch is by finding a better software that offers more than L27 does in terms of use we give it.
